KULGAM, June 12 -- In a major step towards youth empowerment and livelihood generation, the first District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting under Mission YUVA was held today in Kulgam under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan.
