Srinagar, April 17 -- Srinagar, April 17 - The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued a fresh advisory for Jammu and Kashmir, predicting light rain and thunderstorms at isolated places this evening, with a major weather shift expected from April 18 to 20.

According to the latest forecast, skies will turn generally cloudy by evening today, bringing scattered showers. However, between April 18 and 20, most parts of J&K are likely to witness light to moderate rain and snowfall over higher reaches, with isolated to scattered areas possibly experiencing heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and gusty winds.
