Srinagar, Dec. 7 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday expressed gratitude to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for inaugurating a series of key infrastructure projects aimed at bolstering connectivity and security in Jammu and Kashmir.
