Srinagar, Feb. 14 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today paid tribute to the courageous martyrs of the heinous pulwama attack of 2019.

In a post on X, LG Sinha wrote, "Heartfelt tribute to the courageous martyrs of the heinous Pulwama attack of 2019.
