Jammu, March 4 -- Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Sunil Sharma on Monday termed Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha's address to the House as an endorsement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision towards Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking to reporters here, he said that they were expecting the manifesto of the government in the speech. "We were expecting the address will mention the things promised by the government, but it was Narendra Modi's vision. Whatever PM Modi has promised, this has been endorsed by the government," he said.
