SRINAGAR, Aug. 21 -- Department of Handicrafts & Handloom, Kashmir, continues its committed efforts towards the revival and sustenance of the Valley's rich craft heritage through the Karkhandar Scheme, a flagship intervention aimed at rejuvenating languishing crafts and empowering artisans.
