Several areas reported incidents of property damage, while authorities rushed to assess the impact and begin restoration efforts.
Reports said in Srinagar city, strong winds led to complete destruction of a vehicle near the Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) Srinagar.
Witnesses reported the vehicles were severely damaged as debris fell on them due to the storm. Also, several electric cables were snapped, raising concerns over power disruptions.
Additionally, the electricity supply was affected in multiple areas, with officials working to restore services.
