Srinagar, April 21 -- In a shocking incident, former Director General of Police (DGP) Om Prakash was found murdered at his residence in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, on Sunday. The 68-year-old retired officer was discovered in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds.

At the time of the incident, his wife Pallavi and daughter Kruthi were present in the house. Police initially detained both for questioning, with Pallavi emerging as the prime suspect in the brutal crime.
