Srinagar, Feb. 15 -- Police have arrested five individuals for allegedly engaging in a fight and causing public disturbance in Srinagar's Kadi Kadal area, officials said today.

According to a police spokesperson, Police Station Nowhatta registered a case (FIR No. 08/2025 U/S 194 BNS) after the five were found involved in the altercation, disrupting public order.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Moieed Baba, son of Shabir Ah Baba, resident of Firdous Colony, Eidgah; Farhan Shah, son of Shahnawaz Ah Shah, resident of Gojwara; Junaid Shahnawaz, son of Shahnawaz, resident of Gojwara; Moien Manzoor Kak, son of Manzoor Ah Kak, resident of Kak Mohalla; and Shahid Mukhtar, son of Mukhtar Ah Bhat, resident of Shampora.
