JAMMU, March 5 -- Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly witnessed discussions for the second day on the Motion of Thanks for Lieutenant Governor's address delivered to the legislature on the first day of the Budget session.

The debate covered a wide array of topics including the Indus Water Treaty, filling up of vacancies in government departments, rationalisation of reservation policy and return of power projects.
