PULWAMA, May 24 -- To strengthen road safety mechanisms and mitigate road accidents across the district, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pulwama, Dr. Basharat Qayoom today chaired a comprehensive meeting of the District Road Safety Committee (DRSC) at the Administrative Complex Pulwama.
