KULGAM, June 5 -- In order to assess the availability of healthcare facilities and staff, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, today visited Primary Health Centre (PHC) Frisal.

During the visit, DC inspected various sections of the hospital and reviewed the status of essential services, availability of medical equipment, and overall manpower. He also interacted with healthcare staff and patients to get firsthand feedback on the quality of care being provided.
