KULGAM, May 13 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today visited Altaf Memorial Government Degree College Kilam and Government Higher Secondary School (HSS) Kilam to take firsthand assessment of their overall functioning.

During the visit, DC took stock of the existing infrastructure, academic environment, and staff availability.
