GANDERBAL, May 13 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, today directed all the concerned departments to ensure upgraded and timely completion of all preparations for smooth celebration of annual Kheer Bhawani Mela 2025 at Tulamulla Ganderbal.

The DC gave these directions during a review meeting held here in the V.C Room to review the status of preparations for the Mela. He issued specific instructions for ensuring uninterrupted power and drinking water supplies, availability of adequate transport, sanitation and mobile toilet facilities and overall cleanliness in and around the temple premises.
