JAMMU, Feb. 4 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today directed for developing an efficacious grievance portal for the people who face hurdles in availing credit from financial institutions to start their businesses or for other self-employment activities.

Besides the Principal Secretary of finance, the meeting was attended by the Principal Secretary, Agriculture; Commissioner Secretary, I&C; Secretary, Labour & Employment; Secretary, PWD; Convenor of UTLBC; Representatives from Banks, and other concerned officers.
