SRINAGAR, March 8 -- Handicrafts and Handloom Department, Kashmir, has urged the tourists visiting Kashmir valley for the ensuing Spring season and annual Tulip festival to approach the department in case they are sold counterfeit machine-made items by business establishments or traders in the name of Kashmir Handicrafts.

In a press release issued here today, spokesperson of the Department stated that Director Handicrafts & Handloom, Kashmir has issued an advisory, asking tourists and buyers to immediately contact the department if they suspect buying counterfeit items in the name of Kashmir Handicrafts by any business establishment or trader.
