India, Feb. 11 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today reaffirmed his Government's firm commitment to fulfilling all promises made to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, stating that the Budget 2026-27 lays a strong foundation for sustained economic growth, social welfare and inclusive development across Jammu and Kashmir.
