BUDGAM, March 4 -- The District Administration Budgam in collaboration with Rural Development department Budgam initiated a special campaign to clear the legacy waste across the district and also launched a special cleanliness drive from block Budgam.

The drive was flagged off by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Budgam, Mehraj-ud-din Shah from panchayat halqa Razwen.

Speaking to the gathering, ADC said that district administration Budgam is carrying out the drive with a missionary zeal to make the district neat and clean.

He discussed modalities for implementation of 'Swachhta Hi Seva' campaign in the district to mobilize communities to make the district clean, junk free, with 100% toilets to each and every household.
