SHOPIAN, July 22 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Shishir Gupta today chaired a meeting of officers to discuss arrangements for the upcoming celebrations of Hawan-Shrawan Bah at Tirath Raj Kapal Mochan Temple at Deegam Nagbal Shopian.

In the meeting, various amenities and facilities to be put up at the temple were discussed to ensure the success of the festival, commencing from August 03 and culminating on August 07.

DC instructed Officers to ensure uninterrupted power supply, potable water facility, cleanliness in and around the Kapal Mochan temple, cleaning of springs, healthcare and security services, logistical arrangements, etc.
