SHOPIAN, May 30 -- Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Shopian, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone today conducted a comprehensive review of the Rural Development Department (RDD) with a detailed assessment carried out block-wise and panchayat-wise.
