Amroha, April 10 -- A 30-year-old woman with three children converted to Hinduism and married an 18-year-old Class 12 student at a temple in Uttar Pradesh's Amroha, police said Wednesday.
The woman, earlier known as Shabnam, now goes by Shivani after converting. Police said she has been married twice before. Her first marriage in Meerut ended in divorce, while her second husband, Taufiq, was left disabled in a 2011 road accident.
She recently developed a relationship with the teenager and divorced Taufiq last week before embracing Hinduism and marrying the student.
