JAMMU, June 10 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said the administration is committed to ensuring equality and equal opportunity to physically challenged people.

"I assure our Divyangjan that the administration is committed to ensuring equality and equal opportunity to them in every sphere of life, and they will always be treated as equals in terms of rights, access, and dignity," the Lieutenant Governor said.

He was inaugurating a mass distribution drive of aids and appliances for the Divyangjan in Jammu today.
