ICPC arrests woman selling new naira notes
Nigeria, Feb. 2 -- The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has apprehended a woman, Omoseyin Esther, allegedly selling new naira notes on social media.
The woman identified as Simisola of Lala on Twitter was arrested for selling new naira notes for members of the public on social media.
This came following an intelligence report received about the woman which assisted her arrest by operatives of the ICPC.
The Informant247 gathered that the woman capitalized on the scarcity of the new naira notes to sell the new notes to members of the public.
