New Delhi, July 3 -- The luxury heritage boutique resort, a restored Tamil-Franco heritage bungalow in the heritage town, is expected to be launched in the last quarter of 2026.

Bengaluru-based boutique hospitality brand Onora Hospitality has signed an agreement with Ayesha and Milan Kapur, the children of luxury leather goods brand Hidesign's Founder Dilip Kapur, to turn their ancestral home in Puducherry into a luxury heritage boutique hotel. The Bookmark Resorts Puducherry will be located in the heritage town and it is expected to be launched in the last quarter of 2026. This will be the third property under the aegis of Bookmark Resorts after Manali and Ranthambore.
