Dhaka, Dec. 7 -- After spending the night at her parents' home in Dhanmondi, Zubaida Rahman has returned to Evercare Hospital, where her ailing mother-in-law and BNP chief Khaleda Zia has been receiving critical care for the last two weeks.

She arrived at the hospital around 11:30am on Sunday and was with Khaleda in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU), according to Atikur Rahman Rumon, a BNP media cell official.

"Even when she was at home at night, she remained in constant contact with the CCU doctors at Evercare," he said.

Zubaida, the wife of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, flew into Dhaka from London on Friday with the intention of accompanying Khaleda abroad for advanced medical care.
