Dhaka, June 9 -- Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
On Jun 4, Modi sent a letter conveying Eid greetings to the people of Bangladesh and Yunus. Yunus responded in kind on Jun 6, expressing hope that the "spirit of mutual respect and understanding" would continue to shape relations between the neighbours.
The letters were made public on Sunday through the official Facebook page of the Chief Advisor's Office, reports bdnews24.com.
