Dhaka, Jan. 22 -- United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Scholastica, one of the country's leading educational institutions, to create enhanced educational opportunities for the children of UCB employees.

The MoU signing ceremony was held on Thursday at UCB PLC's head office, according to a press release.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the respective organisations by Syed Hasnain Mamun, Chief Human Resources Officer of UCB and Madiha Murshed, Managing Director of Scholastica.
