Dhaka, May 1 -- Two children have been killed in a landslide at the Korean Export Processing Zone (EPZ) in Chattogram's Karnafuli Upazila.

The two boys had been looking for birds' nests when the incident occurred, according to locals.

The incident occurred around 10:30 am on Thursday in Block C of the EPZ near the Boirag Union Water Tank No. 8, reports bdnews24.com.

The victims were identified as Nohan, 11, and Mezbah, 12. Several other children injured in the incident have been rushed to local hospitals. All of them are residents of Boirag Union.
