Dhaka, April 5 -- Both divisions of the Supreme Court (SC) will hold their proceedings on limited extent from April 5 to 11 during the ongoing nationwide lockdown to halt the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.

The Supreme Court has issued separate notifications in this regard, reports BSS.

According to a notification signed by Appellate Division Registrar Md Badrul Alam Bhuiyan, the chamber judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court will hold hearing on emergency matters only through virtual presence by using information technology on Tuesday and Thursday from April 5 to 11.
