Dhaka, March 4 -- Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin has assured that the supply of edible oil will be eased at the market within the next two days, says a press statement issued by the commerce ministry on Monday.

He came up with the statement speaking to the media after paying a visit to the Mohammadpur Town Hall Kitchen Market on Monday. Industries Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan was present during the visit.

Replying to a question on soybean supply, he said there is no shortage of essential commodities. "But the supply of soybean is low at the market. The situation will be improved from today (Monday)."
