Dhaka, March 19 -- Standard Chartered Bangladesh has launched a mentorship initiative aimed at empowering young women by fostering resilience and leadership.

The program commenced with 25 senior female leaders from the bank committing to mentor 25 high-potential undergraduate JAAGO Foundation scholars, guiding them on their journey of personal and professional growth over a one-year period, according to a media release.
