Dhaka, April 16 -- Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd is celebrating its 37th founding anniversary by a housing fair, running from April 15 to May 15, 2025.

The fair will be held simultaneously at Sheltech's Dhaka and Chattogram offices, operating every day from 10 am to 6 pm, including Fridays, according to a media release.

Over 300 apartments and commercial spaces will be available at prime locations such as Banani, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Bashundhara, Kakrail, Malibagh, Uttara, Asad Avenue, Jolshiri Abashon, and Panchlaish R/A in Chattogram.

A special offer of up to 2.5 million (25 lakh) Taka will be provided for booking apartments or commercial spaces at the anniversary fair.
