Dhaka, May 24 -- Sonali Bank PLC signed an agreement with Department of Fisheries to collect export-import related charges and fees through the Sonali Payment Gateway.

The signing ceremony was held at head office conference room of Department of Fisheries on Saturday, according to a media release.

Deputy Managing Director of Sonali Bank PLC, Subhash Chandra Das and Director General (In Charge) of Department of Fisheries, Dr. Md. Abdur Rouf signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

The bank's General Manager Aklima Islam, Deputy General Manager Md. Aminur Rahaman Khan, Principal Scientific Officer of Department of Fisheries, Masuda Khanam and Dr. Md. Khaled Kanak attended the programme.
