Dhaka, Feb. 25 -- Shimanto Bank successfully organized the School Banking Conference 2025 in Lalmonirhat as the Lead Bank, in collaboration with all scheduled commercial banks of the district.

The conference, supervised by Bangladesh Bank, was held at the District Council Auditorium in participation of 22 banks along with students and teachers from 12 educational institutions in Lalmonirhat, according to a media release.

The event was graced by Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Executive Director, Bangladesh Bank, Rangpur Office, as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Md. Masum Haider, Joint Director, Bangladesh Bank, attended as the Special Guest. Mr. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director & CEO, Shimanto Bank, presided over the program.
