Dhaka, Nov. 12 -- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) been signed between the National Pension Authority and Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC on Wednesday at the conference room of the Finance Division at Bangladesh Secretariat for the purpose of smoothly implementing the registration, collection of subscription and API activities of the Universal Pension Scheme.

In the presence of Dr. Md. Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the Executive Chairman of the National Pension Authority, Mr. Md. Mahiuddin Khan and the Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
