Dhaka, Aug. 21 -- Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC has achieved a sustainable award from Bangladesh Bank for sustainable rating-2024.

The Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mosleh Uddin Ahmed received the crest from the Governor of Bangladesh Bank Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur, at a ceremony held at Bangladesh Bank on 20 August 2025, according to a press release.

Among others, the Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank Nurun Nahar, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank Manoj Kumar Howlader, Director of Sustainable Finance Department of Bangladesh Bank Chowdhury Liakat Ali and Deputy Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank M. M. Saiful Islam were present at the ceremony.
