Dhaka, Feb. 12 -- Voting at Suritola Government Primary School, a polling centre in Dhaka 6 constituency, witnessed minor disruptions due to serial mismatches in voter lists, but polling officials said the issues were resolved promptly.

Humayun Kabir, the presiding officer at Lutfur Rahman Lane centre, said some voters initially faced difficulties as their serial numbers did not match the printed lists.

"Some voters encountered problems due to serial mismatches. However, we assisted them in locating their correct serial numbers, and they were able to cast their votes without further trouble," he said.

Despite the early hiccups, voting continued in a generally peaceful environment, officials added.
