Bangladesh, Oct. 1 -- The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday vacated a High Court order that stayed for three months a circular of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) to recruit employees in 143 posts of a project under 4th Health Nutrition and Population Sector Programme (HNPSP).

Chamber Judge of the Appellate Division Justice Md Nuruzzaman passed the order after hearing a petition filed by 16 job seekers.

Now there no bar for the authorities concerned to proceed the circular, said Barrister Ruhul Quddus Kazal who appeared in the Appellate Division for the 16 petitioners.

On September 4, the High Court stayed for three months the circular of the DGHS for recruitment in the project under the 4th HNPSP.
