Dhaka, June 16 -- Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted rains in seven divisions of the country including in Dhaka in 24 hours commencing 9:00 am on Sunday.

"Light to moderate rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country," said a Met office bulletin, as per a UNB report.

Day and night temperatures may fall slightly over the country, it said.
