Dhaka, Oct. 30 -- Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecast rain or thundershowers at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions in the next 24 hours beginning from 9:00 am today.

"Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions," said the morning bulletin of BMD.

BMD also predicted that at many places over Dhaka, Khulna and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Barishal and Chattogram divisions may experience moderately heavy to heavy rainfalls at places.

Day temperature may fall by 1 to 2 degree Celsius and night temperature may fall slightly over the country, reports BSS citing the bulletin.
