Bangladesh, March 12 -- The country's top CEOs and human resources high-ups on Monday said building a performance-oriented culture, ensuring top-down transparency and accountability, and reviews and feedbacks are some of the key factors behind the successful operations of a company.

They said only money cannot motivate most of the people. Rather, giving purpose for good performance, other than financial benefits, work well in any organisation.

They also identified providing rewards for good performance and taking regular feedback from staffs enable employees to get used to a performance-based culture.
