Bangladesh, Oct. 7 -- Parliament Members' Club (PMC) on Sunday greeted Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhruy marking her 53rd birthday at her office in the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.
A delegation of PMC led by its President and Chief Whip Noor-E-Alam Chowdhury Liton felicitated Dr Shirin with a bouquet.
Chairman of parliamentary standing committee on disaster management and relief ministry and general secretary of PMC AB Tajul Islam, among others, was present.
Later, secretary of JS secretariat Dr Zafar Ahmed Khan along with officials and employees greeted the Speaker by cutting a cake.
Leaders of different socio cultural organisations and well-wishers also greeted Dr Shirin Sharmin with bouquets wishing her sound health...
