Dhaka, June 11 -- Over 50 people were killed in various incidents across the country during the Eid holidays since June 5.
The incidents mostly involved road accidents but also included suicides, clashes, and drownings at Cox's Bazar sea beach while bathing in rough weather.
According to a report from Cumilla, a total of seven people, including a woman and three children, have been found dead in Cumilla on Tuesday and Monday, with police suspecting suicide in most cases.
The bodies were recovered from three Upazilas-Titas and Brahmanpara with three each, and one from Burichang.
