Dhaka, Dec. 19 -- An aircraft carrying the body of Inquilab Moncho spokesman Sharim Osman Hadi, who died at a Singapore Hospital on Thursday, landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Friday evening.

The Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight BG-585 carrying the body landed at the airport at 5:48 pm on Friday, officials said.

They said the flight had departed from Singapore's Changi International Airport at 2:03 pm, Bangladesh time, reports UNB.

Meanwhile, security measures have been tightened at the airport to avoid any unwanted incident.

According to a post on Inquilab Moncho's official Facebook page, after landing in Dhaka the body will be taken to the central mosque of Dhaka University.
