Dhaka, May 24 -- Notundhora Assets Limited has become the country's first housing developer to earn a formal recommendation from the National Housing Authority (NHA) for the acceptance of a private residential project under the Private Residential Land Development Rules, 2004 (amended 2012, 2015).

The NHA's endorsement, conveyed in an approval letter signed by the agency's chairman on Wednesday, affirms that the company has met all regulatory benchmarks for land development, said a press release.
