Dhaka, Dec. 1 -- Law Adviser Prof Asif Nazrul has said he is unaware of any legal barrier preventing BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman from returning to Bangladesh.

If any obstacles do exist, the government will extend full cooperation, including ensuring his security, he added.

Speaking to reporters at the Secretariat on Monday, Nazrul said only Tarique can decide the appropriate time for his return and expressed confidence he would come back when he deems it right.
