Dhaka, Feb. 12 -- Muhammad Badiuzzaman Didar, the administrator appointed by the central bank for mobile financial service provider Nagad, was attacked by assailants on Wednesday afternoon in the capital's Banani.
During the attack, unidentified assailants who followed him on his way home from the office vandalized his car with hammers, leaving him injured. His driver sustained serious injuries.
Earlier this morning, a team led by Assistant Directors Ruhul Haque and Tanzir Ahmed of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) conducted a raid at Nagad headquarters.
