Dhaka, Jan. 22 -- Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) has introduced a new internal engagement initiative titled 'CEO Connect', marking a significant milestone in the bank's journey to strengthen open dialogue and closer leadership engagement.

According to a press release, the initiative aims to provide selected employees with a unique opportunity to interact directly with the Managing Director and CEO in an engaging and inclusive setting-something arranged for the first time in MTB's history.
