Dhaka, Feb. 11 -- The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism has issued a 10-point directive to tackle the abnormal increase in ticket prices of Biman Bangladesh Airlines flights.

The directives were issued through a circular on Tuesday.

The ministry said all sorts of bookings, including group bookings, must be conducted using names, passport numbers, and photocopies of passports of passengers.

"If the ticket is not issued in the name of the concerned passenger within three days, the booking will be cancelled after the end of the 72-hour period automatically," the ministry said.
