Dhaka, June 5 -- The 12th annual general meeting (AGM) of the Midland Bank PLC (MDB) was held on Wednesday at the BN Sagorika Hall, Naval Headquarters in Dhaka.

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, chairman of the bank, presided over the AGM, says a media release.
